1. How long does shipping take?
   We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number for your convenience.
2. What is your return policy?
   We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in excellent, unused condition with all original packaging. Worn or damaged items cannot be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly.
3. How do I care for my product?
   We recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. For most products, we suggest hand washing and air drying to maintain quality.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
   No, at this time, we only ship within South Africa. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within South Africa.
